Scout Exchange Teams-up With iCIMS to Improve Hiring Process
CHICAGO, IL: Scout Exchange, a software company connecting employers with specialized recruiters is teaming up with iCIMS, provider of software-as-a-service (SaaS) talent acquisition solution, to accelerate hiring possibilities. iCIMS customers can now use Scout’s integrated solution which will drive hiring process by 30 percent.
Through this alliance, iCIMS users can apply for job requisitions directly to Scout where Scout will match their open positions with top specialty recruiters using proprietary performance-based matching; most qualified specialty recruiters are invited to connect candidates directly to employers for consideration; also employers have the option to selectively view and accept only the qualified candidates required for the job. “Scout uses the power of performance-based data to forge smarter agency partnership, recruiters on Scout are selected based on their actual history of filling similar positions in the same market- this will bring more control and efficiency for iCIMS customers,” says Sean BisCegila, President and Founder of Scout.
